Our Mission
PROMOTE ECONOMIC INCLUSION
Women, immigrants and people of colour represent the core of residents unemployed and living below the poverty line
ESTABLISH SHARED KITCHEN SPACE
This marketplace is flooded with unregulated business that offer a delicious product but also assume great legal and health risks since provincial regulations prohibit home-based food businesses. This creates a barrier to growth for low-income entreprenuers.
EMPOWER FEMALE ENTREPRENENEURS
Only 3% of women operate formal businesses
Our Vision
Our vision is to nourish the entrepreneurial drive of passionate individuals, both women and men, who share their culinary expertise. By celebrating their stories and histories, we build a vibrant community and contribute to a thriving economy.
