Are you a growing food business looking for a licensed kitchen space to prepare your product? Or, would you like to host a private cooking class in our facilities?
At COOK-UP, we offer a state-of-the-art 1,500 sq ft kitchen available for rent to active, licensed businesses or nonprofits. Our facilities are designed to provide an environment that nourishes culinary creativity and community building.

Our multi-functional kitchen is designed to meet the needs of ambitious food entrepreneurs. With 3 prep stations and 2 cooking stations, it accommodates up to 5 businesses simultaneously. This is done intentionally to cultivate a kitchen space that invites conversation and connection building
CUSTOMIZED STORAGE
Tailor your rental package to suit your requirements with our versatile storage offerings. Choose from cold, frozen, and dry storage, available for overnight, weekly, or monthly rent.
HASSLE-FREE EQUIPMENT ACCCESS
When you rent our kitchen, you gain access to top-notch cooking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and burners, all included in the hourly rate. Additionally, we provide smallwares, pots, pans, cutting boards, and racks on a first-come, first-served basis.

Space access hours: 6am-11pm

Dining Space: The dining area is spacious, customizable with access to 4 6ft tables and can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests.

Kitchen Facilities: Our fully equipped kitchen includes 2 prep stations, 2 cooking stations, and a variety of community kitchen equipment. It can accommodate 15 guests.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation must be make a week prior to the event date, if done after the 1 week mark deposit will be kept.

If alcohol shall be served event organizers must apply for a liquor license.

Availability: Please let us know your preferred date and time, and we will check our availability to accommodate your request.
AVAILABILITY AND APPLICATION:
COOK-UP is open from 6 am to 11 pm every day. We accept rental requests on a rolling basis, and our availability may vary throughout the year. Please keep in mind that we prioritize businesses in our incubator program for hourly kitchen rental.
