COOK-UP’s Meals and Memories Program for Seniors will encourage social participation and inclusion through cooking classes led by seniors, recipe sharing activities, storytelling around food histories and with a focus on culturally significant dishes and ingredients, and sharing meals together.

​​Classes will be held twice per week for eight weeks.

Classes will be located at 1 Maiden Lane West in downtown Windsor.

Learn how to share your recipes, stories, and culture.

Gain skills to conduct meaningful, impactful cooking demonstrations and classes.

Obtain your Food Handler certificate.

The first cohort will begin in October 2024.

Transportation support is available.

The Meals and Memories Program for Seniors, hosted by COOK-UP, is funded by the Government of Canada's New Horizons for Seniors program.
